Given how hot the real estate market is right now, we had a difficult time pulling the trigger because of how overpriced all the properties seemed. In hindsight, I didn't really know what I wanted until I had gone through a lengthy process of looking at many, many properties. Robin was patient through the entire process and handled every twist and turn of the real estate market with professionalism and grace. She is very knowledgeable about the market and I fully trust her expertise. She is also very communicative. Robin represented a few neighbors in their Real Estate transactions, and we decided to give her a shot when it came time to sell our condo. In short, she nailed it.
